Dear Member of Parliament:

Enclosed is a complaint I filed recently with the Ontario Human Rights
Commission against HMV Canada Inc. for selling "hate rap", rap/hip hop that
denigrates women.  The complete letter with exhibits (including sample
lyrics) can be viewed on my web site at www.fradical.com in the News Release
section.

This drastic action is necessary because federal politicians of all parties
refuse to grant women the same protections from hate propaganda offered to
other vulnerable groups. It would really be helpful if provincial
politicians stepped up to the plate on this issue and filled the dangerous
vacuum left by the federal government.
